user group
As a user of our services and products, you can become
a member of the QSP User Group, which is an incorporated
body run independently of QSP. We actively support the
aims of the User Group, which are to promote:
 the
development and enhancement of QSP products
advancement
of QSP's product and services strategy
the
distribution to members of information relevant to their
use of QSP products
the
sharing of knowledge among members
providing
a forum for special interest groups
superior
software support for members.
Each year, the members elect a committee that is responsible
for facilitating the achievement of the User group's
aims and for planning and organising a range of activities
that include:
an
annual three-day QSP User Group Conference for members
user
Days to provide members with updates of new QSP solutions
and activities
workshops
to discuss the use and benefits of particular QSP products
and their features.
The User Group committee also liaises with us in regard
to product development and software support and matters
of interest to members of the User Group.
About the QSP User
Group Annual Conference
The annual Conference is the pinnacle of User Group
activities, providing a special opportunity for members
to benefit from a sharing of knowledge.
The three-day Conference presents a range of information
sessions including, for example, keynote speaker presentations,
user case studies, product workshops, strategic sessions,
solution and technology overviews from QSP and its partners,
and convivial social activities.
An integral aspect of the Conference is the user case
studies presented by User Group members. These real-life
examples of achievements by QSP users are the most effective
tool we have to share out knowledge.
