The UXC Graduate ProgramQSP Asia Pacific is a wholly owned business unit of UXC Limited. UXC recognises the need to invest in the ongoing development and growth of its people
and is providing corporate support to its businesses by sponsoring the Class of 2008 Graduate Program.
When does the program commence?
The Class of 2008 Graduate Program will begin intake assessments during mid 2008, for a start in early 2009.
What does the program involve?
The Graduate Program is designed to develop future leaders within the UXC group. Over the course of 12 months, through the many
and varied roles assigned to them, graduates will develop the skills and attributes to be valuable contributors to their business unit.
The program incorporates a comprehensive induction, on-the-job learning and a structured learning and development program, which will
also give participants specialist accredited skills.
We are looking for IT-oriented graduates who can:
|
achieve results and work cohesively as a team member and potentially as a leader in project-based and changeable environments
|
|
display excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment
|
|
demonstrate personal drive and integrity
|
|
display an ability to communicate effectively coupled with a sense of humour.
|
In return we provide our graduates with:
|
role-specific training to develop the technical skills required to perform effectively
|
|
a mentoring program to promote a speedy integration into UXC business units and assist
graduates reach their full potential and handle the range of personal and professional demands in the workplace
|
|
professional development training including presentation skills, verbal and written communication and consulting skills
|
|
accredited project management training.
