QSP Launches User Group Forum
At our annual user group forum in November 2006, our clients expressed a desire to share ideas and opinions between themselves throughout the course of the year, and to reach out and engage other clients who may not be able to attend user group meetings. In the months that followed, QSP worked with customers to develop a tool that will enable them to do this: the QSP User Group Forum. The Forum works like most online forums: customers can register and partake in discussions, ask questions, gives their opinions etc. The initial reaction to this new tool has been very positive and it promises to add great value to many of our customers.
